摘要/Abstract

摘要： 总结1例严重多发伤合并脓毒性休克患者的护理经验。在创伤一体化救治模式的保障下,采取了脓毒症早期集束化治疗与护理措施,并在感染控制、气道廓清、镇痛镇静、预防谵妄等方面共同管理。经过院前急救的无缝接衔接转运以及山东第一医科大学附属省立医院内的多学科精心治疗与护理,患者手术切口愈合良好,随访3个月,患者机体功能基本恢复,达到了预期治疗与护理效果。

Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with severe multiple injury complicated with septic shock. Under the guarantee of the integrated trauma treatment model, the early cluster treatment and nursing measures of sepsis were adopted, and the joint management was carried out in infection control, airway clearance, sedation and analgesia and delirium prevention. After the treatment and nursing of the multi-disciplinary team, the surgical incision of the patient healed well. After 3 months of follow-up, the body function of the patient basically recovered, and the expected treatment and nursing effect was achieved.
