摘要/Abstract

摘要： 从传统的护理模式来说,医护一体化为医疗工作增加了一个从以往被动护理到主动式护理的提升护理内涵品质的多元化沟通平台,并由经验丰富的医师加以指导,从而更好的服务于患者。本研究详细介绍了医护一体化护理模式概念、内涵、研究现状及医护一体化对慢性心力衰竭患者的护理效果,为进一步应用该模式提升医疗及护理质量提供参考依据。

Abstract: From the traditional nursing model, the integration of medical and nursing has added a diversified communication platform for improving the quality of nursing from passive nursing to active nursing, and is guided by experienced physicians to better serve patients. This article provides a detailed introduction to the nursing application effects of the integrated medical and nursing model on patients with chronic heart failure, including its concept, connotation, and research status. It provides a reference for further improving the quality of medical care and nursing under this model.
