医学研究生小班制问题研究

摘要: 为了提高高等教育水平、提升学生学习能力与综合素质,小班制教学自我国高等教育改革启动以来得到了广泛的应用。对于医学研究生的教育而言,小班制教学模式更有利于培养专业型、实用型的精英人才,能够打破原有医学教育滞后的怪圈,将临床实践渗透到日常教学中,实现研究生学术能力、临床水平双达标。笔者立足于小班制教学模式,在医学研究生教学工作中进行多年实践,取得了一定的经验,教学效果显著。

Abstract: To improve the level of higher education and enhance students' learning ability and quality, small class has been widely promoted since the launch of China's higher education reform. For medical graduate education, the small class teaching model is more conducive to cultivating professional and practical elite talents, breaking the strange circle of lagging medical education, integrating clinical practice into daily teaching, and achieving dual standards of academic ability and clinical level for graduate talents. The authors were based on the small class teaching model and had been practicing for many years in the teaching of medical graduate students, gaining certain experience and achieving significant teaching results.
