互联网平台下的Teach-back健康教育模式在胸外科优质护理中的应用效果

The Application Effect of A New Health Education Model in High-quality Nursing of Thoracic Surgery

摘要: 目的 分析Teach-back健康教育和互联网平台模式在胸外科优质护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年5月—2023年4月临沂市中心医院收治的60例胸外科手术患者为研究对象,以抽签法按序分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组提供优质护理,研究组联合Teach-back健康教育和互联网平台模式。比较两组患者护理后的自护能力和生活质量、心理状态和治疗依从。结果 研究组自护能力和生活质量均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组抑郁和焦虑自评得分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗依从明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 新型健康教育模式在胸外科优质护理中,利于提高患者自护能力和生活质量,缓解心理压力,提高治疗依从,值得临床应用。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the application effect of a new health education model in high-quality nursing of thoracic surgery. Methods Sixty patients undergoing thoracic surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group using a lottery method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group provided high-quality care, while the research group combined Teachback health education and internet platform models. Compare the self-care ability, quality of life, psychological status, and treatment compliance of two groups of patients after nursing care. Results The self-care ability and quality of life of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); The self-evaluation scores of depression and anxiety in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The treatment adherence of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The new health education model in high-quality nursing of thoracic surgery is beneficial for improving patients' self-care ability and quality of life, alleviating psychological pressure, and improving treatment compliance, which is worthy of clinical application.
