梅毒血清固定者开展针对性心理干预的护理效果评价

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨对梅毒血清固定者开展针对性心理干预的护理效果。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月深圳市宝安区中心医院收治的104例梅毒血清固定者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各52例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以针对性心理护理,比较两组研究对象SCL-90量表评分及生活质量评分。结果研究组患者各项SCL-90量表评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组患者各项生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论梅毒血清固定者存在较为严重的消极情绪及不良心理,对预后信心明显不足,但经过针对性心理干预可明显改善其负性情绪,并有助于提高生活质量,值得应用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the psychological status of syphilis serofix patients and evaluate the nursing effect of targeted psychological intervention. Methods 104 patients with syphilis serum fixation admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into the control group and the research group, with 52 cases in each group, according to the number table method.The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given targeted psychological nursing. The SCL-90 scale scores and quality of life scores between the control group and the study group were compared. Results The SCL-90 scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group; The scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with syphilis serum fixation have serious negative emotions and bad psychology, and their confidence in prognosis is obviously insufficient. However, targeted psychological intervention can significantly improve their negative emotions and help to improve the quality of life, which is worthy of application.
