非哺乳期乳腺炎与泌乳素、CD3+、CD4+的相关性研究

Study on Correlation between Non-lactation Mastitis and Prolactin, CD3+, CD4+

摘要: 目的 探讨与分析非哺乳期乳腺炎与泌乳素、CD3+、CD4+的相关性。方法 选择2020年12月—2022年8月乌鲁木齐友爱医院收治的80例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者作为观察组,选择同期到乌鲁木齐友爱医院健康体检的80例女性作为对照组。检测两组血清泌乳素含量、血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM含量及外周血CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞相对含量并进行相关性分析。结果 观察组血清泌乳素水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组外周血CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞相对含量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearsman分析显示,血清泌乳素水平、外周血CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞相对含量与非哺乳期乳腺炎的发病均存在相关性(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,血清泌乳素水平及外周血CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞相对含量为导致非哺乳期乳腺炎发病的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论 非哺乳期乳腺炎患者多伴随有血清泌乳素的高表达与CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞相对含量降低,非哺乳期乳腺炎的发病与泌乳素及CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞存在相关性。

Abstract: Objective To explore and analysis the correlation between non-puerperal mastitis and prolactin, CD3+ and CD4+. Methods From December 2020 to August 2022, 80 non-lactation mastitis patients diagnosed and treated in Urumqi You'ai Hospital were selected as the observation group, 80 women who underwent physical examination were the control group. Serum prolactin content, serum immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM content, CD3+T, CD4+T lymphocyte relative content in observation group and control group were detected and correlation analysis was carried out. Results The serum prolactin level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in serum immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, and IgM compared between the two groups (P>0.05). The relative content of CD3+T and CD4+T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Spearsman analysis showed that the serum prolactin level, the relative content of CD3+T and CD4+T lymphocytes in peripheral blood were correlated with the occurrence of non-lactation mastitis (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the serum prolactin level and the relative contents of CD3+T and CD4+T lymphocytes in peripheral blood were important factors leaded to the occurrence of non-lactation mastitis (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with non-lactation mastitis are mostly accompanied by high expression of serum prolactin and lower relative contents of CD3+T and CD4+T lymphocytes. The occurrence of non-lactation mastitis are related to prolactin, CD3+T ,CD4+ T lymphocytes.
