抗阻训练联合有氧训练对缺血性脑卒中的应用效果及对神经功能缺损的影响

The Application Effect of Resistance Training Combined with Aerobic Training on Ischemic Stroke and Its Impact on Neurological Deficits

摘要: 目的 探讨抗阻训练联合有氧训练对缺血性脑卒中的应用效果及对神经功能缺损的影响。方法 选取2021年10月—2022年10月第二师焉耆医院收治的100例缺血性脑卒中患者,应用抽签法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采取常规康复训练,观察组在常规康复训练基础上增加抗阻训练联合有氧训练,对比两组患者治疗前后神经功能、运动功能与生活质量。结果 两组患者治疗后神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、神经生长因子(NGF)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者Barthel(the Barthelindex of ADL)指数、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表(FMAS)评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后生活质量相关评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 抗阻训练联合有氧训练能够改善缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损情况,促进患者运动功能恢复,改善患者生活质量,值得临床应用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of resistance training combined with aerobic training on ischemic stroke and its impact on neurological deficits. Methods Selected 100 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital as the research subjects from October 2021 to October 2022. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a lottery method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group patients received routine rehabilitation training, while the observation group received resistance training combined with aerobic training on the basis of routine rehabilitation training. The changes in neurological function, motor function, and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the levels of NSE, NGF, BDNF in the two groups decreased, and the levels of BDNF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the Barthel index and Fugl Meyer score of the two groups of patients increased significantly, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life related scores of both groups of patients increased after treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of resistance training and aerobic training can improve the neurological deficits of ischemic stroke patients, promote the recovery of motor function, and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application .
