SOAP评估记录法在康复医学科实习带教中的应用效果

Application of SOAP Evalution Record Method in Clinical Teaching of Rehabilition Medicine

摘要: 目的 探索SOAP评估记录法在康复科实习带教中的应用效果。方法 将2018年—2019年入学的江苏医药职业学院临床专业学生依据入学年份不同分为对照组(23名,采用传统教学模式进行实习)、观察组(29名,采用SOAP评估记录法教学进行实习),并对两组学生实习后教学评价及教学满意度进行效果评价。结果 观察组学生理论考核和实践能力考试总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生在激发学习兴趣方面、全面掌握基础知识方面、临床思维方面、教学方式方面满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SOAP评估记录法教学实习取得了满意的教学效果,明显优于传统教学。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of SOAP assessment recording method in rehabilitation practice. Methods The clinical students of Grade 2018 and 2019 in Jiangsu Medical Vocational College were divided into two groups: the control group (n=23,used the traditional teaching mode to practice) and observation group (n=29, used the SOAP evaluation record method teachin to practice), and the teaching evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students after practice were evaluated. Results The total score of theoretical assessment and clinical practice ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), the students in the observation group were better than those in the control group in stimulating learning interest, grasping basic knowledge, clinical thinking and teaching methods (P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching practice of SOAP evaluation recording method has achieved satisfactory teaching effect, which is obviously superior to the traditional teaching method.
