北京昌平南部地区1 381例育龄男性精液质量分析

Semen Quality Analysis of 1 381 Men of Childbearing Age in Southern Changping Area of Beijing

摘要: 目的 了解北京昌平南部地区近两年男性精液质量状况。方法 回顾性分析2021年7月—2023年6月因备孕来北京市昌平区中西医结合医院检查精液的育龄男性的精液质量,按年龄分为≤25岁、26~30岁、31~35岁、36~40岁、>40岁5组,统计分析比较各组精液参数;按时间分为A、B、C、D 4组,比较近两年男性精液质量的变化。结果 共收集整理1 381例男性精液标本,总体精液质量达标719例,精液异常的662例,年龄分组中后4组比较精子总数、精子总活力、前向运动力、存活精子率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随年龄增加各项参数降低,其余参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);时间分组中D组男性精子浓度和精子总数低于前3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 北京昌平南部地区育龄男性精液质量能够达到WHO规定的标准,精液异常主要为精子总活力、前向运动力、存活精子率;随年龄增加,精液质量下降;近半年男性精子浓度和精子总数较前明显减少。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the semen quality of men in southern Changping District in recent two years. Methods The semen quality of reproductive-age men who came to Changping District Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital for semen examination during July to June in the 2021 of 2023 was analyzed retrospectively, they were divided into 5 groups according to their ages: ≤25,26~30,31~35,36~40, >40, the semen parameters were analyzed and compared, and the semen parameters were divided into 4 groups according to their ages: A, B, C, D, to compare the changes of male semen quality in recent two years. Results A total of 1,381 male semen samples were collected and sorted. The total semen quality was up to standard in 719 cases, and abnormal semen in 662 cases, there were significant differences in total sperm count, sperm motility, forward motility and survival sperm rate (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in other parameters with age (P>0.05). The sperm concentration and total sperm count in group D were significantly lower than those in the first 3 groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The semen quality of reproductive-age men in southern Changping District can meet the WHO standard. The main semen abnormalities are sperm total motility, forward motility and survival sperm rate, the sperm concentration and the total number of sperm decreased significantly in the last six months.
