摘要: 中国传统饮食文化发展历史源远流长,对儿童的身体发育有着重要的作用。优秀的饮食文化能够塑造儿童正确的价值观、高尚的道德修养、丰富的文化底蕴和社会情感。然而,餐饮浪费、不良的烹饪方式等饮食文化可能会对儿童的生长发育产生阻碍,形成挑食、偏食等不良饮食行为,导致膳食营养不均衡、胃肠道食源性疾病多发,影响他们身体和心理的健康。因此,传承优秀的饮食文化对于促进儿童身心全面发展和健康成长至关重要,这需要政府相关部门、社会相关组织、家庭、学校多方群体共同努力,创造良好的饮食文化环境,促进儿童形成正确的饮食观念以及健康行为。

Abstract: The Chinese traditional diet culture has a long development history, and plays a vital role in the healthy development of children. Excellent food culture can shape children's correct values, noble moral accomplishment, rich cultural deposits, and social emotions. However, the food culture, such as food waste, and poor cooking methods, may hinder the growth and development of children, and form poor eating behaviors, such as picky eating and partial eating, resulting in dietary imbalance and frequent gastrointestinal food-borne diseases, affecting their physical and mental health. Therefore, developing an excellent diet culture to promote the healthy growth of children's all-round development of body and mind is very important, and this needs the government-related departments, social organizations, families, schools, various groups take efforts together to create a good diet culture environment, promote children to form a correct concept of diet and health behavior.
