麻醉机消毒仪对麻醉机内呼吸回路微生物及肺部感染发生率的影响

Effect of Anesthesia Machine Disinfector on the Incidence of Respiratory Circuit Microorganisms and Pulmonary Infection in Anesthesia Machine.

摘要: 目的 探讨麻醉机消毒仪对管路微生物及肺部感染发生率的影响,以期为以后的临床应用提供依据。方法 选择2020年3月~2022年3月在乐清市人民医院使用的20台麻醉机作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将麻醉机分成实验组和对照组,每组10台。实验组采用麻醉机消毒仪进行消毒处理。对照组采用常规的消毒程序进行消毒。对细菌培养阳性例数的监测部位、细菌及真菌检测结果以及术后患者肺部感染情况进行统计分析。结果 两组细菌及真菌的检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细菌培养阳性例数的监测部位比较,分别在呼气口端、钠石灰管出口、钠石灰管入口、风箱内侧、吸气口单向阀、吸气口端、呼气口端单向阀的部位监测取样,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后,实验组患者肺部感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 麻醉机消毒仪消毒法能够减少呼吸管路微生物的残留量,呼吸回路标准化消毒法能够很好地降低肺部感染发生率,值得在临床应用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of anesthesia machine disinfector on the incidence of pipeline microorganism and pulmonary infection, so as to provide basis for future clinical application. Methods The 20 anesthesia machines used in Yueqing People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. The anesthesia machines were divided into experimental group and control group with 10 in each group by random number method. The experimental group was disinfected with an anaesthetic machine disinfector. The control group was disinfected with routine disinfection procedures. The sampling site, sampling time, microbial monitoring methods and postoperative pulmonary infection rate of patients were statistically analyzed. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups in the detection results of gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and fungi (P<0.05). The monitoring sites of the number of positive bacterial culture cases were compared. The monitoring samples were taken at the expiratory end, the outlet of the soda lime tank, the inlet of the soda lime pipe, the inside of the bellows, the one-way valve at the inspiratory end, the inspiratory end, and the one-way valve at the expiratory end. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After operation, the incidence of pulmonary infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The disinfection method of anesthesia machine disinfector can reduce the residual amount of microorganisms in the respiratory pipeline, and the standardized disinfection method of the respiratory circuit can well reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
