摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨基于食复理论的阶梯饮食护理方案对过敏性紫癜患儿免疫功能及营养状态的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年9月在威海市中心医院接受治疗的87例过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究对象,通过随机抽签法分为对照组（43例）和观察组（44例）。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用食复理论的阶梯饮食护理方案,比较两组患儿的免疫功能和营养状态。结果观察组的免疫功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的营养状态优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论给予过敏性紫癜患儿食复理论的阶梯饮食护理方案可以提高患儿免疫功能,改善患儿的营养状态,值得临床应用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of ladder diet nursing program based on the theory of food restoration on immune function and nutritional status of children with anaphylactoid purpura. Methods 87 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups by random drawing. 43 children in the control group were treated with routine nursing; In the observation group, 44 children were treated with a stepwise diet nursing program based on the theory of food recovery on the basis of the control group, and the immune function and nutritional status of the two groups were compared. Results The immune function of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The ladder diet nursing program of feeding complex theory for children with anaphylactoid purpura can improve their immune function and nutritional status, and can be applied to children with anaphylactoid purpura.
