摘要: 采用文献检索法和专家咨询法,通过对临床思维能力内容的界定,从而确立评价目标、选择评价指标,在临床思维的概念框架的基础上构建一套科学、系统、便于操作且适合我国医学生实际情况的临床思维能力评估细则,为医学生临床思维能力的研究提供可靠的评价工具,也为医学生临床思维能力的培养、教学模式的改革提供可借鉴的依据。

Abstract: By means of literature search and expert consultation, this paper defines the content of clinical thinking ability, establishes the evaluation target and chooses the evaluation index, and constructs a set of scientific, systematic, easy-to-operate and suitable clinical thinking ability evaluation rules for Chinese medical students on the basis of the conceptual framework of clinical thinking. The study of students' clinical thinking ability provides a reliable evaluation tool. It can provide a reference for the cultivation of medical students' clinical thinking ability and the reform of teaching mode.
