平衡针刀疗法治疗颈源性头痛的临床研究

摘要： 目的观察平衡针刀疗法与针灸并电针治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月济南市章丘区中医医院收治的60例颈源性头痛患者为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组给予平衡针刀疗法,对照组给予针灸并电针疗法,对两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效进行比较,对治疗效果进行评估。结果观察组患者视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组平衡针刀疗法治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针灸并电针疗法及平衡针刀疗法均能缓解颈源性头痛,针灸并电针疗法简洁方便,平衡针刀疗法对于颈源性头痛患者既经济又高效且不易反复,改善患者头痛症状更加明显,且显效率高。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of balance acupotomology and acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of cervical headache. Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine in Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jinan City from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random drawing method, with 30 patients in each group. Thirty patients in the observation group were given balance acupotomy therapy, and 30 patients in the control group were given acupuncture and electroacupuncture therapy. The clinical efficacy before and after treatment was compared, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results The visual analogue scale (VAS) score of patients with various types of pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that of patients with various types of pain in the control group treated with acupuncture and moxibustion and electroacupuncture (P<0.05). The total effective rate of balanced acupotomy in the observation group was higher than that of acupuncture and moxibustion plus electroacupuncture in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion plus electroacupuncture and balanced acupotomy can effectively alleviate cervicogenic headache. acupuncture and moxibustion plus electroacupuncture is simple and convenient, Balanced needle knife therapy is economical, efficient and not easy to repeat for patients with cervicogenic headache.The balanced acupotomy improved the headache symptoms of patients with cervicogenic headache more significantly, with a high effective rate.
