宣肃止咳汤复合糖皮质激素治疗支气管肺炎疗效及对PCT、hsCRP的影响

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨宣肃止咳汤复合糖皮质激素治疗支气管肺炎疗效及对降钙素原（PCT）、超敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）的影响。方法选取敦煌市医院2020年1月—2022年11月收治的100例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,应用随机抽签法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组患儿采取常规对症治疗,观察组患儿在常规对症治疗基础上应用宣肃止咳汤复合糖皮质激素治疗,对比两组的疗效、症状消失时间与住院时间、治疗前后炎症因子表达水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组患儿肺啰音/哮鸣音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、发热总天数、住院时间明显低于对照组（P<0.05）;两组患儿治疗前白细胞计数（WBC）、PCT、hsCRP表达水平对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,治疗后两组患儿WBC、PCT、hsCRP表达水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论宣肃止咳汤复合糖皮质激素治疗支气管肺炎疗效显著,能够减少患儿症状持续时间,降低PCT、hsCRP等炎症因子水平,促进患儿早日康复。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xuansu Zhike Decoction combined with glucocorticoid on bronchopneumonia and its influence on procalcitonin (PCT) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hsCRP). Methods 100 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Dunhuang City Hospital from January 2020 to November 2022 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group by random lottery, with 50 cases in each group. The children in the control group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment, while the children in the observation group were treated with Xuansu Zhike Decoction combined with glucocorticoids on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment, and their clinical efficacy, symptom disappearance time and hospitalization time were compared, as well as the expression level of inflammatory factors before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The total response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); the disappearance time of lung rale/wheezing, cough, total days of fever and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the expression levels of WBC, PCT and hsCRP between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the expression levels of WBC, PCT and hsCRP in the two groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xuansu Zhike Decoction combined with glucocorticoid is effective in the treatment of bronchopneumonia, which can reduce the duration of symptoms, reduce the level of inflammatory factors such as PCT and hsCRP, and promote the early recovery of children.
