临床药学服务沟通的基本技能与模型应用

摘要: 目的 探讨沟通的基本技能以及药物相关咨询框架在临床药学服务中的应用。方法 通过翻阅现有书籍与文献检索,了解药师-患者沟通基本技能及现有可应用于临床药学服务的沟通模型。结果 多数涉及药师-患者沟通的研究仅涉及沟通技巧及意义的叙述,仅有少数学者使用模型构建临床药学服务的有效沟通模式。本文通过阐述如何与患者建立良好的信任关系,仔细倾听并向患者表达同理心,同时在沟通中运用口头语言、肢体语言及书面语言等临床药学服务沟通的基本技能,并结合药物相关咨询框架叙述其在临床药学服务沟通中的应用。结论 药物相关咨询框架可为药学服务人员沟通的技能提升提供参照,有助于提高患者用药安全性及患者依从性,改善医院临床药学服务质量。

Abstract: Objective To explore the basic communication skills and the application of Medication-related consultation framework in clinical pharmacy services. Method By browsing existing books and literature retrieval to understand the basic skills of pharmacist-patient communication and the existing communication models that can be applied to clinical pharmacy services. Results Most studies on pharmacist-patient communication only involve the description of communication skills and value, and only a few scholars used models to explain effective communication for clinical pharmacy services. The article expounds on how to establish good relationship with patients, and listen carefully to the patients and express empathy, meanwhile in the communication using basic skills of clinical pharmacy services such as the verbal language, body language and written language. It also Introduced the application of Medication-related consultation framework in clinical pharmacy services. Conclusion Medication-related consultation framework can provide references for the improvement of communication skills of clinical pharmacists to help ensure medication safety and patient adherence, and improve the quality of clinical pharmacy services in hospitals.
