健脾益肾方联合水飞蓟宾安对脾肾两虚型艾滋病的应用效果

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨健脾益肾方联合水飞蓟宾安对脾肾两虚型艾滋病的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月常州市第三人民医院诊治的80例艾滋病患者作为研究对象,应用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采取常规抗逆转录病毒联合水飞蓟宾安治疗,观察组在常规抗逆转录病毒治疗基础上增加健脾益肾方联合水飞蓟宾安治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分变化、CD3⁺CD4⁺、CD3⁺ CD8⁺、CD8⁺ CD38⁺淋巴细胞数量变化以及肝肾功能变化。结果治疗前两组患者腰膝酸软、腹泻、纳差、乏力相关中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后两组患者腰膝酸软、腹泻、纳差、乏力相关中医证候积分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前两组患者CD3⁺CD4⁺、CD3⁺ CD8⁺、CD8⁺CD38⁺淋巴细胞数量比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后两组患者CD3⁺CD4⁺淋巴细胞数量均升高,且观察组高于对照组,CD3⁺CD8⁺、CD8⁺CD38⁺数量均降低,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗前谷丙转氨酶（Glutamic pyruvic transaminase ,ALT）、谷草转氨酶（Glutamic transaminase ,AST）、血肌酐（Blood creatinine,Scr）、尿素氮（Urea nitrogen,BUN）比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后两组患者ALT、AST、SCr、BUN水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论健脾益肾方联合水飞蓟宾安对脾肾两虚型艾滋病治疗效果显著,可减轻患者临床症状,改善免疫功能与肝肾功能,值得临床应用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of Jianpi Yishen Recipe combined with Silymarin on AIDS of spleen and kidney deficiency type. Methods From May 2021 to May 2023, 80 patients with AIDS treated in Changzhou Third People's Hospital were selected as research objects, and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group patients were treated with conventional antiretroviral therapy combined with Silybin, while the observation group patients were treated with Jianpi Yishen Formula combined with Silybin on the basis of conventional antiretroviral therapy. The changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, CD3⁺CD4⁺, CD3⁺CD8⁺, CD8⁺CD38⁺lymphocyte count, and liver and kidney function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Result Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes related to soreness and weakness in the waist and knees, diarrhea, poor appetite, and fatigue between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes related to soreness and weakness in the waist and knees, diarrhea, poor appetite, and fatigue in both groups of patients decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the number of CD3⁺CD4⁺, CD3⁺CD8⁺, and CD8⁺CD38⁺ T lymphocytes between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After treatment, the number of CD3⁺CD4⁺ T lymphocytes were increased in the two groups of patients, and the number of CD3⁺CD8⁺ T lymphocytes and CD8⁺CD38+ T lymphocytes were decreased in the observation group compared to the control group; the number of all T lymphocytes in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of glutamic transaminase (ALT), glutamic transaminase (AST), blood creatinine (Scr) and urea nitrogen (BUN) (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of ALT, AST, SCR and BUN in the two groups were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Jianpi Yishen Recipe and Silymarin Bingan has a significant therapeutic effect on AIDS of spleen and kidney deficiency type, which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the immune function and liver kidney function, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
