真武汤加减配合独立心脏功能康复锻炼在冠心病患者中的应用评价

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探究与分析真武汤加减配合独立心脏功能康复锻炼在冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年5月—2022年5月日照市中医医院收治的120例冠心病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予真武汤加减治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用独立心脏功能康复锻炼,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、心功能及躯体功能指标、近期预后。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,近期不良心血管事件总发生率及再住院率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组中医证候积分、左心室收缩末期内径（LVESD）低于对照组,左心室射血分数（LVEF）、短轴缩短率（FS）、中文版简易躯体功能评估工具（CM-PPT）评分及6 min步行距离（6MWT）高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论真武汤加减配合独立心脏功能康复锻炼在冠心病患者中的应用可获得突出的临床疗效,有效改善了患者的心功能及躯体功能,近期预后表现更好。

Abstract: Objective To explore and analyze the application of addition and subtraction of Zhenwu decoction combined with independent cardiac function rehabilitation exercise in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were divided into 60 groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Zhenwu decoction, and the observation group was treated with independent cardiac function rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome score before and after treatment, cardiac function and physical function indexes, and short-term prognosis of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the total incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and rehospitalization rate were lower in the recent period, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the TCM syndrome score in the observation group decreased after treatment, LVEF value was higher, LVESD value was lower, FS value was higher, CM-PPT and 6MWT scores were higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Zhenwu decoction plus independent cardiac function rehabilitation exercise in patients with coronary heart disease can obtain outstanding clinical efficacy, effectively improve the patients' cardiac and physical functions, and have a better short-term prognosis.
