护理质量持续改进模式对急诊科低年资护士急救技能、应急能力的影响

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨急诊科低年资护士采用护理质量持续改进模式对急救技能、应急能力的影响。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月于滨州市中心医院急诊科工作未实施护理质量持续改进模式的低年资护士25名作为对照组,选取2022年11月—2023年11月于滨州市中心医院急诊科工作实施护理质量持续改进模式的低年资护士25名作为研究组,比较两组护理质量、职业倦怠感、急救技能、应急能力。结果研究组护理质量较对照组更高（P<0.05）;研究组去人格化、情绪耗竭评分较对照组更低（P<0.05）,个人成就感评分更高（P<0.05）;研究组急救技能得分较对照组更高（P<0.05）;研究组应急能力得分较对照组更高（P<0.05）。结论急诊科低年资护士采用护理质量持续改进模式,能够有效提高护理质量,改善护士职业倦怠感,提升其急救技能及应急能力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the impact of the continuous improvement model of nursing quality adopted by young nurses in emergency department on their first aid skills and emergency response capabilities. Methods A total of 25 young nurses who worked at the emergency department of Binzhou Central Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the control group (did not implement the continuous improvement model of nursing quality), and a total of 25 young nurses who worked at the emergency department from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study group (implemented the continuous improvement model of nursing quality). The nursing quality, occupational burnout, emergency skills, and emergency response ability in both groups were compared. Results In comparision of the control group, the nursing quality of the study group was higher (P<0.05), the depersonalization and emotional exhaustion scores were lower (P<0.05), the personal achievement scores were higher (P<0.05), the first aid skill score was higher (P<0.05), the emergency response ability score was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous improvement model of nursing quality adopted by young nurses in emergency department can effectively improve nursing quality, alleviate nurse burnout, enhance their emergency skills and emergency response capabilities.
