基于证据的集束化护理在足月胎膜早破产妇中的应用效果

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨基于证据的集束化护理在足月胎膜早破产妇中的应用效果。方法选择2019年10月—2020年10月枣庄市妇幼保健院收治的60例足月胎膜早破产妇为研究对象,采用住院编号奇偶数字排列法将其均分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于证据的集束化护理干预,观察并比较两组产妇干预后的产后出血量、妊娠结局及新生儿结局。结果干预后,观察组产后0.5 h、2 h、24 h出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组自然分娩比例高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,新生儿结局优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论基于证据的集束化护理可显著减少足月胎膜早破产妇产后出血,降低并发症的发生率,保障母婴安全,临床效果较好,值得应用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based cluster nursing in premature rupture of membranes at term.. Methods 60 cases of full-term premature rupture of membranes were selected from October 2019 to October 2020, the patients were divided into control group and observation group by odd and even numbers arrangement method, there were 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention. The postpartum hemorrhage, pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After the implementation of evidence-based cluster nursing intervention, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group at 0.5 h, 2 h and 24 h (P<0.05) , and the natural delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05) , the APGAR score was higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the neonatal outcome was better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion Evidence-based cluster nursing care can significantly reduce postpartum hemorrhage, reduce the incidence of complications, to ensure the safety of mothers and infants, good clinical results, promote the use.
