综合饮食护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者营养状况与生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Diet Nursing on Nutritional Status and Quality of Life of Hemodialysis Patients with Diabetes Nephropathy

摘要: 目的 探讨综合饮食护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者营养状况与生活质量的影响。方法 选取2021年2月—2022年2月菏泽市立医院收治的80例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。在血液透析治疗期间给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组综合饮食护理。比较两组营养指标值、肾功能及钙磷代谢情况、生活质量指标值及医学免疫学指标值。结果 不同护理措施干预后,观察组血红蛋白(HB)、血清总蛋白(STB)、血清蛋白(ALB)提升幅度均大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肾脏功能(Scr、BUN)、血钾、血磷指标均高于对照组,血钙低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量以及免疫学指标A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)及免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的改善幅度较对照组更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合饮食护理能更好地改善糖尿病肾病患者营养状态、肾功能及钙磷代谢,更有利于提高患者生活质量水平、免疫力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive diet nursing on nutritional status and quality of life of hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy. Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes nephropathy admitted in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. During hemodialysis treatment, routine nursing was given to the control group and comprehensive diet nursing was given to the observation group. The nutritional index value, renal function, calcium and phosphorus metabolism, quality of life index value and medical immunology index value of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention of different nursing measures, the levels of hemoglobin (HB), total serum protein (STB) and serum protein (ALB) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The indexes of renal function (Scr, SUN), blood potassium and phosphorus in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05); In the observation group, the improvement of quality of life, immunological index A(IgA), immunoglobulin M(IgM) and immunoglobulin G(IgG) was more significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive diet nursing can better improve the nutritional status of patients with diabetes nephropathy, better improve renal function and calcium and phosphorus metabolism, more conducive to the improvement of patients' quality of life and enhance immunity.
