食管癌患者症状群及症状管理策略研究现况

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 食管癌具有恶性程度高、病情复杂、伴随症状多及复发率高等特点,因此患者对于自身症状的自我评估、及时发现和自我管理尤其重要。为探究食管癌患者治疗期间的症状群及症状管理策略,增加对食管癌患者的症状困扰及自我管理现状理解的深度和广度,本文将从质性研究和量性研究两方面展开综述,为后期管理策略的制订提供依据。

Abstract: Esophageal cancer is characterized by high malignancy degree, complicated disease, many accompanying symptoms and high recurrence rate, so it is especially important for patients to self-evaluate, timely detection and self-management of their own symptoms. In order to explore the symptom cluster and symptom management strategies of esophageal cancer patients during treatment, increase the depth and breadth of the understanding of self-management status, this article will review the qualitative and quantitative research to provide the basis for the designation of later management strategies.
