摘要: 随着医学教育改革的不断进步,以问题为基础的学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL)和多学科协作诊治(Multi-disciplinary Treatment,MDT)模式日益受到临床带教老师和医学生的青睐。它们各自有相应的优势,基于MDT诊疗模式的PBL教学法(MDT-PBL教学法)是两者的完美结合,在中医内分泌科尝试使用后,可以有效地避开各自的劣势,凸显巨大的优势与前景,不仅能够提高实习生、规培生、研究生、进修生的中西医结合临床思维能力,还能锻炼他们解决临床实际问题的能力,有利于培养能够独挡一面的中西医结合临床卓越医师,以期为医学生综合知识和诊疗水平的提升提供现实参考。

Abstract: With the continuous progress of medical education reform, PBL teaching method and MDT diagnosis and treatment model are increasingly favored by clinical teachers and medical students. They each have corresponding advantages.PBL teaching method based on MDT diagnosis and treatment model (MDT-PBL teaching method) is a perfect combination of the two. It can effectively avoid their own disadvantages, highlight the huge advantages and prospects, and it not only can improve the clinical thinking ability of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine of intern students, resident doctor standardized training students,graduate students, visiting students, but also can cultivate their ability to solve clinical practical problems, which is conducive to the training of independent clinical outstanding physicians of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. It provides practical reference for medical students to improve their comprehensive knowledge and diagnosis and treatment level.
