银杏叶提取物注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效评价

摘要: 目的 探究急性脑梗死患者应用银杏叶提取物注射液治疗的效果和价值。方法 抽取2020年3月~2021年5月烟台市莱阳中心医院神经内科收治的42例急性脑梗死患者,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组21例。对照组患者给予醒脑静注射液,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用银杏叶提取物注射液,观察两组患者的疗效、治疗前后患者脑功能缺损评分、日常活动量评分;脑梗死体积、细胞因子水平;神经功能因子及血清炎症因子水平等指标改善情况。结果 观察组患者的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者NIHSS及ADL评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者脑梗死体积较小且基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、B型脑钠肽(BNP)及血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者血清炎症因子白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及 S-100B 蛋白等神经功能因子水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 银杏叶提取物注射液治疗急性脑梗死效果显著,可提高临床疗效并改善患者预后。

Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy and value of Ginkgo biloba extract injection for patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 42 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected from the Department of Neurology, Laiyang Central Hospital, Yantai City. The research started in March,2020 and finished in May,2021. All cases were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table(21 cases in each group). The control group was treated with additional Xingnaojing injection, and the observation group was treated with Ginkgo biloba extract injection. The therapeutic effect, brain function impairment, daily activity, cerebral infarction volume, cytokine level, nerve function factor and serum inflammatory factor were observed before and after treatment. Results Analysis of treatment efficacy: the observation group was as high as 95.24%, and the control group was only 66.67%. (P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group had milder brain function deficits, better daily activities, smaller cerebral infarction volume, and lower serum inflammatory factors and neurological function factors than those of control group. Data comparison between the two groups was catistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract injection has a significant effect on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, which can improve the clinical efficacy and improve the prognosis of patients.
