Foley导尿管球囊扩张法用于肠套叠患儿治疗的临床观察

摘要： 目的观察Foley导尿管球囊扩张法用于肠套叠患儿的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月~2020年12月于临沂市妇幼保健院接受手术治疗的74例肠套叠患儿为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为参照组、研究组,每组37例,予以参照组患儿传统开腹术治疗,予以研究组患儿Foley导尿管球囊扩张法治疗,观察两组手术及术后康复指标、并发症发生率。结果研究组患儿手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间短于参照组,术中出血量少于参照组,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患儿术后并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 Foley导尿管球囊扩张法治疗肠套叠优于传统开腹术,手术创伤轻、术后康复快、并发症少。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Foley catheter balloon dilatation in the treatment of patients with intussusception. Methods A total of 74 patients with intussusception who underwent surgery in Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the Excel random number table, they were divided into a reference group and a study group, with 37 cases in each group. Laparotomy was performed, and the patients in the study group were treated with Foley catheter balloon dilatation. The surgical and postoperative rehabilitation indicators and the incidence of complications were observed in the two groups. Results The operation time, postoperative exhaust time, and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the reference group, with significant differences (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The Foley catheter balloon dilatation method is superior to traditional laparotomy in the treatment of intussusception, with less trauma, faster postoperative recovery, and fewer complications.
