富马酸卢帕他定联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的研究富马酸卢帕他定联合玉屏风颗粒对慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法选取2021年1月~2021年12月桂林医学院第二附属医院治疗的104例慢性荨麻疹患者,采取随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组52例。对照组服用富马酸卢帕他定片,观察组服用富马酸卢帕他定片和玉屏风颗粒。观察两组治疗有效率、复发率,检测两组患者的血清白细胞介素（IL）-4、免疫球蛋白E（IgE）、IL-8、干扰素-γ（INF-γ）和IL-17水平,评估两组症状的变化。结果观察组的有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）,复发率低于对照组（P<0.05）;治疗后,两组患者的血清IL-4、IgE、IL-8和IL-17水平均明显降低（P<0.05）,INF-γ水平升高,且观察组患者的血清IL-4、IgE、IL-8和IL-17水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）,血清INF-γ水平明显高于对照组（P<0.05）;治疗前,两组患者的风团最大直径评分、风团数目评分、每日风团发作次数评分、瘙痒程度评分和风团持续时间评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,治疗后,两组患者的风团最大直径评分、风团数目评分、每日风团发作次数评分、瘙痒程度评分和风团持续时间评分均明显降低（P<0.05）,且观察组的风团最大直径评分、风团数目评分、每日风团发作次数评分、瘙痒程度评分和风团持续时间评分更低（P<0.05）。结论富马酸卢帕他定联合玉屏风颗粒对慢性荨麻疹有显著的疗效,值得临床应用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect oflupatadine fumarate combined with Yupingfeng Granule on chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic urticaria who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group.The control group received lupatadine fumarate tablets, while the observation group received lupatadine fumarate tablets and Yupingfeng granules.The treatment effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed, and the serum interleukin (IL)-4, immunoglobulin E (IgE), IL-8, interferon-γ (INF-γ) and IL-17 levels, and assess for changes in symptoms. Results The effective rate of the observation group wassignificantly higher than control group (P<; 0.05), and the recurrence rate was lower than control group (P<; 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum IL-4, IgE, IL-8 and IL-17 in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<; 0.05), the level of INF-γ was increased (P<; 0.05). And the levels of serum IL-4, IgE, IL-8 and IL-17 in the observation group were significantly lower than thosein the control group (P<; 0.05), the levels of serum INF-γ were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<; 0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the number of wheals, itching degree, duration of wheals, the largest diameter of wheals and the number of daily wheals attacks between the two groups (P>; 0.05). After treatment, the number of wheals, itching degree, duration of wheals, the largest diameter of wheals and the number of daily wheals attacks were significantly reduced between the two group (P<; 0.05). And the number of wheals, itching degree, duration of wheals, the largest diameter of wheals and the number of daily wheals attacks in the observation group were significantly reduced (P<; 0.05). Conclusion Lupatadine fumarate combined with Yupingfeng granule has significant curative effect on chronic urticaria, which is worth popularizing.
