推拿联合醒脾养儿颗粒对慢性腹泻患儿肠道微生态及免疫功能的影响

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨与分析推拿联合醒脾养儿颗粒对慢性腹泻患儿肠道微生态及免疫功能的影响。方法选择2019年1月~2021年10月在张家港市妇幼保健所进行诊治的94例慢性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数表法均分为试验组与对照组,每组47例。对照组给予醒脾养儿颗粒治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予推拿治疗,治疗2周,观察患儿病情变化与治疗总体效果,检测患儿肠道微生态及免疫功能变化情况。结果试验组的总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。试验组与对照组在治疗期间无严重不良反应情况发生。治疗后两组的腹痛性状评分、大便性状评分均显著低于治疗前（P<0.05）,试验组的腹痛性状评分、大便性状评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后两组大肠埃希菌相对数量低于治疗前（P<0.05）,乳酸杆菌相对数量高于治疗前（P<0.05）,试验组较对照组变化更明显,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后两组的血清IgG与IgA水平显著高于治疗前（P<0.05）,且试验组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论推拿联合醒脾养儿颗粒应用于慢性腹泻患儿能改善临床症状,且安全性好,可提高治疗效果,改善肠道微生态状况,提高患儿的免疫功能。

Abstract: Objective To explore and analysis the effects of massage combined with Xinpi Yanger Granules on intestinal microecology and immune function in children with chronic diarrhea. Methods From January 2019 to October 2021, a total of 94 children with chronic diarrhea who were diagnosed and treated in the Zhangjiagang Maternal and Child Health Center were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 47 children in each group. The control group were treated with Xinpi Yanger Granules, and the test group were treated with massage based on the treatment of the control group, they were treated for 2 weeks, the changes in intestinal microecology and immune function of the children, the changes in the patient’s condition and the overall effect of treatment were detected. Results The total effective rates of the test group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions occurred. The abdominal pain and stool character scores of the test group and the control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the abdominal pain and stool character scores of the test group after treatment were also significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The relative number of Escherichia coli after treatment in the test group and the control group were lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the relative number of Lactobacillus were higher than that before treatment (P<0.05),the experimental group also changed more significantly than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum IgG and IgA levels in the test group and the control group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the test group were also significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Tuina combined with Xingpi Yanger Granules in children with chronic diarrhea can improve the clinical symptoms, improve the therapeutic effect, and has good safety, it can also improve the intestinal microecological status and improve the immune function of children.
