阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停患者夜间多个时间点外周血氨基酸和生物胺代谢水平及临床意义的研究

Study of Peripheral Blood Amino Acid and Bioamine Metabolism Levels and Clinical Significance in Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea-hypopnea Dyndromeat Multiple Time Points at Night

摘要: 目的 研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)患者夜间多个时间点外周血氨基酸、生物胺代谢水平及临床意义。方法 选取2020年1月~2022年4月新疆医科大学第五附属医院收治的100例OSA患者与100例健康体检者作为研究对象,健康体检者为参照组,OSA患者为科研组。两组入院后均行氨基酸(γ-GABA)、褪黑素(MT)、内源性抗氧化剂[维生素E(VitE)、维生素C(VitC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、一氧化氮(NO)]水平检测,比较两组氨基酸、褪黑素水平、内源性抗氧化剂水平及疾病的严重程度。结果 科研组的γ-GABA、MT水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);科研组的VitE、VitC、SOD、MDA、NOS及NO水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着患者病情逐渐加重,γ-GABA、MT指标值逐渐下降,VitE、VitC、SOD、MDA、NOS及NO指标值逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 夜间OSA患者的氨基酸、褪黑素呈低表达,内源性抗氧化剂呈高表达,均与疾病严重程度有直接联系,故上述结果可为疾病治疗提供参考,值得临床应用。

Abstract: Objective To study the metabolic levels of amino acids and biogenic amines in peripheral blood of patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) at multiple time points at night and their clinical significance. Methods A total of 100 OSA patients and 100 healthy subjects admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects. The healthy subjects were the reference group, and OSA patients were the scientific research group. After admission, the levels of amino acid(γ-GABA), melatonin(MT) and endogenous antioxidant in 2 groups were detected, serum vitamin E(VitE) and vitamin C(VitC) were detected by phenantholine colorimetry, superoxide dismutase(SOD) was detected by xanthine oxidase method, malondialdehyde(MDA) was detected by thiobarbituric acid colorimetry. Nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and nitric oxide reductase(NO) were detected by elisa, and the levels of amino acids, melatonin, endogenous antioxidant and disease severity were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of γ-GABA and MT in the research group were lower than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of VitE, VitC, SOD, MDA, NOS and NO in the research group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). With the gradual aggravation of the patient’s condition, the index values of γ-GABA and MT decreased gradually, while the index values of VitE, VitC, SOD, MDA, NOS and NO increased gradually, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The low expression of amino acids, melatonin and high expression of endogenous antioxidants in OSA patients at night are directly related to the severity of the disease. Therefore, the above results can provide reference for the treatment of the disease and are worthy of clinical application.
