白血病患者实施心理护理干预对情绪状况与生活质量的影响评估

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的对心理护理干预在改善白血病患者的情绪、提升其生活质量中的临床作用进行观察与探究。方法抽取2019年6月~2021年5月连云港市第二人民医院所接诊的72例白血病患者作为观察对象,以随机数表法将其分作对照组与观察组,每组36例;对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施常规护理加心理护理干预。比较观察组患者的情绪变化及生活质量,以了解不同护理的临床应用价值。结果观察组患者护理后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分比观察组患者护理前的评分低,且显著低于对照组患者护理后,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组患者护理后的物质生活、心理功能、躯体功能以及社会功能等评分显著高于本组护理前及对照组护理后,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对白血病患者予以心理护理干预,效果显著,能改善患者的不良情绪,且能提升其生活质量,值得临床广泛应用。

Abstract: Objective To observe and investigate the clinical role of psychological nursing intervention in improving the emotions and enhancing the quality of life of patients with leukemia. Methods A total of 72 leukemia patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang from June 2019 to May 2021 were observed. They were divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional care, and the observation group conventional care plus psychological nursing intervention. The emotional changes and quality of life of the patients in the observation group were compared to understand the clinical value of different nursing care approaches. Results The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores of patients in the observation group after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing (P<0.05); the scores of material life, psychological function, physical function and social function of patients in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those before nursing and those in the control group after nursing (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention has a significant effect on leukemia patients, which can improve their unhealthy emotions and enhance their quality of life, so it is worthy of widespread promotion in clinical settings.
