摘要: 教学方式变革、学生需求变化以及交流受限等问题,给高校住院医师规范化培训教育带来了前所未有的挑战。高校住培教育不能再局限于单纯的线上或线下模式,而是需要探索一种线上线下融合一体化的新型教学模式。线上线下融合一体化的教学模式顺应时代发展而出现,并逐渐成为高校住院医师规范化培训教育的新趋势。本研究将从探索与研究如何发展高校住院医师规范化培训教育的线上线下融合一体化教学实践的角度出发,对高校住院医师规范化培训教育线上线下融合一体化教学进行深入剖析,并以此推动我国高校住院医师规范化培训事业的发展,为培养优秀的新时代的住院医师做出积极贡献。

Abstract: The changes in teaching methods, changes in student needs, and restrictions on international exchanges brought about have brought unprecedented challenges to residential education in colleges and universities. The standardised residency training of doctors in colleges and universities can no longer be limited to pure online or offline modes.This integrated approach has emerged as a response to the changing landscape and is becoming a prominent trend in the standardised residency training of physicians in universities. This article aims to explore and analyze the development of integrated online and offline teaching methods for resident physicians in colleges and universities, particularly in the post-epidemic era. By doing so, it seeks to advance the standardised residency training of physicians in universities and contribute to the cultivation of exceptional healthcare professionals in the modern era.
